I messed up I hired another firm who said they had a office in the USA and Bangkok but it turns out that they only have a travel agency in Bangkok to take care of my soon to be wife. The visa has been filed and I have a wac number. Is there something that you can do and if so how much will it cost. It has been a year on the 3rd of Nov. The papers were filed on the 2nd of July, of this year.
