"Let me first say thank you, thank you and thank you. Since you helped Dee get her K 1 visa she arrived with me in the United States...."

Hi Brian,

Let me first say thank you, thank you and thank you. Since you helped Dee get her K 1 visa she arrived with me in the United States on Oct. 26th, 2006. I had all the advice and documents you had given me for free and my company provided me with one of the top immigration law firms in San Francisco to assist me with getting Dee permanent residency. When I first met with the rep from this firm he asked for everything I already had and I provided him with more than he even knew about because of your help and advise. For example he completely did not believe me that the medical you had done in Thailand would be enough for the U.S. government.

I said "Just apply and send the chest x-rays, it will be fine." He said, "Well when they contact you for a medical you will see what I am talking about." We sent in all applications for work permit, travel voucher and permanent status (He didn't even send the chest x-ray because he had no idea how to mail them to the appropriate department) on Jan 23rd. The next communications I received from Immigration was a few weeks later and consisted of approvals for everything and an appointment time for the final interview on April 12, 2007. By the end of April Dee had her green card and a social security card. The lawyer was astonished. He had taken care of hundreds of cases from various immigrations around the world. He commented, "I have applications pending for green cards from K1s' that I sent in on June or July of 2006 and in April 2007 they still do not have interviews. Your Thai Lawyer knew his stuff." I said, "Well, he's actually an American who lives there and like I said he sent Dee to the best hospital in Bangkok which was certified to do the proper exams." So Brian, you rock and your staff was totally on it.

One note to anyone in this process. The drudgery of the paper work for the 2nd half after the K1 is worth having a lawyer. After going through the experience Brian knew more about how things would work in the U.S. than the guy here at a top firm. If I wouldn't have gotten the U.S. lawyer for free, I would have been emailing Brian with my tail between my legs begging for help.

Thanks again Brian and Staff!!

"I can not believe how quick and easy the process was with your help...."

Dear Brian and staff,

Thank you for your help in quickly obtaining visas for my wife and daughter.

I can not believe how quick and easy the process was with your help. The amount of documents, exams and interviews for obtaining the visas is somewhat intimidating, but allowed me to feel confident in the outcome.

As you promised we received the visas when you promised with absolutely no problem.

You provide a great service and have helped our family a lot.

Thanks again

"I did a lot of research and your firm was the only one that specializes in Visas for Thai women to come to America..."

Dear Brian and the rest of the staff at My Thai Fiancee,

I want to sincerely thank you for your help in obtaining a k 1 visa for my finace Ploy. You and your staff were there every step of the way and took care of everything for us. There were no questions or hesitations and you filled out all of the forms and went with Ploy to make sure that she had the proper documents and records.
I did a lot of research and your firm was the only one that specializes in Visas for Thai women to come to America. Other firms may be general Law or immigration for any country you can think of. Their responses to my emails were not even in proper English which I think is a must if you are going to translate documents and fill out all of the forms in English. Also they do not accompany the women to police and medical facilities to make sure that everything is done properly.
I looked at all the requirements and forms that Ploy would have to fill out by herself or with my help and it just wasn't worth it to gamble with her immigration and our future.

We are now happily married and living in the USA. I hope that this letter shows other couples that by using your firm, this can be an predictable process and you will not have to worry.

Good luck to all,
Tom and Ploy

"My fiancee Suwimon and myself would like to tell you about Mr. Brian Wright and his professional staff in obtaining her fiancee visa...."

To Brian Wright and Staff,

My fiancee Suwimon and myself would like to tell you about Mr. Brian Wright and his professional staff in obtaining her fiancee visa. Brian and his staff worked with my wife to obtain and translate all the required documents and to meet all the many requirements for the K-1 VISA. After looking at several choices and thinking about doing the paperwork myself I choose Brian and his experience staff. My wife and I were confident in the process and we are very grateful for Brian's experience and thoroughness.

I have no idea how we could have done this without his help and assistance so quickly this was done that many thanks goes out to Brian and his staff at his office.

"Mr. Wright's expertise significantly reduced the wait time for the visa and reduced the stress associated with obtaining it...."

To whom it may concern:

"After I completed the fiancee visa application documents, an acquaintance provided me with the contact information for "Brian Wright " who he indicated was an attorney with a great deal of experience in obtaining fiancee visa. As an attorney, I was unsure whether I needed assistance in obtaining a k1 visa or fiancee visa for my fiancee so I forwarded the documents I completed to Mr. Wright to see if he had any comments.

As it turns out, he had over two dozen recommended changes and I therefore engaged him to help me obtain the k1 visa or fiancee visa.

My experience with Brian Wright was excellent. His services included identifying what documents to include (and not include), preparing the numerous sets of documents for submission throughout the process, walking my fiancee through the various tasks (doctors appointment, police department visit, trips to the embassy), and preparing my fiancee for the interview. While it's possible that my fiancee may have been able to complete these tasks on her own, I doubt that she would have been to do so quickly, easily, or correctly (at least initially).

Most importantly, Mr. Wright's expertise significantly reduced the wait time for the k1 fiancee visa and reduced the stress associated with obtaining it. For anyone wishing to obtain a k1 fiancee visa, I highly recommend that you engage Mr. Wright both for you and your fiencee 's peace of mind."

Sincerely,
MEL.B.
