It’s Sean K, your client. I just want to say that I am impressed so far with your firms services. The new law that required additional evidence was unfortunate but you made an educated guess on when things would come through and he nailed it..

Every time I call I am able to talk with the office manager personally. When I called and asked,”so what do you think the time frame is for the government getting these new forms out?” You responded, “I would guess late June”. The forms arrived in my mailbox on June 26th. To be that accurate on second guessing the government is impressive. :)

Anyways you guys always answer my calls and emails and in general make me feel glad I hired you every time I call. In addition Monrudee always reports your staff as being super friendly.
