U.S. Immigration Legal Advisors in Bangkok, Thailand answers frequently asked complex American Visa questions

Question: I wanted to save money and started a visa application myself, it seemed pretty straightforward but my visa application was kicked back twice at USCIS. It took me a year but I finally got the USCIS approval. I am now looking at a much more complicated application process at the Embassy. I now know that I can’t do the Embassy processing myself and I need help. Can you help me?

Answer by U.S. Immigration Legal Advisors in Bangkok, Thailand: It is the policy of our firm to review all documents already submitted and interview you by telephone and meet with your fiancee. After our review and interview with your fiancee we have learned that she was previously employed in Pattaya at a go-go bar named Heavens’ Door. Upon interviewing your fiancee she informed us that she had in fact worked as a prostitute. If she is truthful with the consular officer during her Embassy interview, and we have encouraged her to be truthful, she will be eligible to apply for a waiver. The waiver application needs to be properly filed and a visa can be obtained.
